OGUK Offshore Medical
Offshore fitness assessments for the oil and gas industry
Working offshore places significant demands on physical and mental health. The OGUK medical is required for personnel travelling to UK Continental Shelf installations and follows the guidelines set out by Offshore Energies UK.
Certification is valid for up to two years. We provide assessments at our clinic with same-day decisions in most cases.
What's included
- Comprehensive medical history review
- Physical examination and cardiovascular assessment
- Vision and hearing testing
- Body mass index and blood pressure
- Lung function (spirometry)
- ECG and additional testing where clinically indicated
- OGUK certification on completion
Who it's for
Drillers, riggers, ROV technicians, production operators, support personnel, divers and any worker required to travel to and work on offshore oil and gas installations.
