OccHealthNet provides occupational health services including but not limited to management referrals, fitness for work assessments, health surveillance, asbestos medicals, driving medicals, and workplace wellbeing programmes. All services are delivered by qualified healthcare professionals.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
We require reasonable notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to attend without notice may result in a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
4. Confidentiality
All medical information obtained during consultations and assessments is treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with the General Medical Council guidelines, the Data Protection Act 2018, and UK GDPR. Reports are only shared with the referring party and the individual concerned unless otherwise agreed.
5. Limitation of Liability
OccHealthNet provides professional occupational health opinions and recommendations. These are advisory in nature and should be considered alongside other relevant information when making employment decisions. We accept no liability for decisions made by employers or individuals based on our reports.
