Our Services.
Management Referrals.
Online or in-person. Health problems, of whatever nature, may affect work performance. If a manager has any concerns about the effects of work on an employee’s health, or the effects of a health problem on an employee’s performance or attendance at work, a management referral should be considered.
Fit for work assessments.
In-person. “Fit for Work” or “Fitness for Work” is a medical assessment performed to assess whether an employee can safely carry out a specific job or task. The medical assessment determines if an employee is medically fit to perform the job or task that they are employed to do.
Health Surveillance.
In person. Health surveillance is a system of ongoing health checks. These health checks may be required by law for employees who are exposed to noise or vibration, ionising radiation, asbestos, solvents, fumes, dusts, biological agents and other substances hazardous to health, or work in compressed air.
In-person. We offer a wide range of vocational medical assessments for employees e.g. HGV / PSV and Taxi licensing at £55.
